What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Instead of doing '/fpromote <NAME>' until a player is at the desired group, someone with permission could instead issue
'/fset <NAME> <FORUM GROUP ID#>' which would set the player in the specified group for both the game and forums.

For my own use, I need this so I can sell ranks on an interface, such as buycraft, where static commands are issued. If issue the /fpromote command X times, then users can re-purchase a package and achieve an unfair and undeserved permissions group.

It would, preferably, abide by the same ranking system that /fpromote uses, though it is not necessary as I am viewing this command as a sort of "admin" or "console" command.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am willing to pay $5-$10 to see this feature added in - based on how swiftly is is integrated into OKB3.
