Added new commands:

 

- /checkplayer: See a player's information
- /puh (Possible Use of Hack): Report a player you think is using hacks to your colleaugues admins.
- /seepuh: See all players reported by the admins.
- /rpr (Resolve a Pending Report): Resolve a pendig report.
