A new configuration file should be generated with this release!

• The update checker now compares the plugin version to the version of the most recently released file.
• "/notify sound <enable/disable>" and "/notify help [aliases]" now send a message when the second argument is invalid.
• Added aliases for the sound types of "/notify testsound <sound>".
• Deleted the permission node "notify.sound.*". It still works on permissions plugins that support the "*" node.
• Default sound no longer plays after reloading Notify.
• Deleted miscellaneous section from the configuration (generate-events-yaml is not used).
• Fixed some of the messages missing a prefix.
• Added website link to plugin.yml.
• README.txt (changelog) is no longer included in the zip.
• Deleted "notify-on-update.notify-console" and "notify-on-update.notify-ops" from config.yml.
• Added the permission node "notify.update". Players with this permission node will be alerted when an update is available.
