Placeholders (astatus} & {status} have been removed and replaced with {toggle}
Placeholder output for toggle status is now configurable via config Thanks @JohOply for the great suggestion
The entry "no-permission" has been changed to "no-reload-permission"
Placeholder {permission} now works in all "no-permission" messages informing players in chat which permissions are required including the permission required for each axe type depending on which axe players are wielding at the time will adjust accordingly
With these new additions I've also added & improved relevant descriptions in the config
