Fixed a bug that was causing issues with re- enabling/disabling the toggle command upon rejoining the server.
Special thanks to @JohOply for finding the bug, sorry I took a while to work out what you were trying to describe but after a lot of testing I finally figured out what you meant and was able to reproduce it consistently I wasn't going to give up heh and thanks to you now it's fixed. I really appreciate it.
