Now support for CB 1.6.2 Beta R0.1

Changelog:

• Update - /pd is now /nopd
• Update - Added german language
• Update - Added config for changing language
• Fix - Fixed text mistakes etc.
• Fix - Now better support for MC 1.5.* or lower
• Update - Made ingame messages better to understand

Bugs:

• Bug - The /noplugindisplay and /nopd message isn't translated in english
• Bug - If you type /? or /pl in the console , a error message displays (Help me with that bug! PN' me please!)

• turn on/off the command blocker in the config
