Added commands :

• /fakejoin - Broadcast`s, that some player joined the game
• /fakeban - Broadcast`s that player is banned
• /fakekick - Broadcast`s, that player left the game
• /fakedrug - Drugs the player

• /noobpunish - Displays overal information about plugin

Fixed bugs/configs

• Added in config : now you can edit fire ticks time (how long time player will be on fire)
• Added PluginMetrics
• Added /fakedrug

Comming in v1.3

• /fakecreeper - Spawns creepers near player (without explosion and block destroying)
• /fakedrugs - Gives player drugs (player will walk slower and will be "dull")
