    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.installing and running version 4
    2.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    expected to find a config folder with a config file in it.

    What version of the product are you using?
    4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No, as it does kick ppl, but i don't have a config file.

    Please provide any additional information below.
    CraftBukkit version git-Bukkit-1.3.2-R1.0-1-gec23129-b2380jnks (MC: 1.3.2) (Implementing API version 1.3.2-R1.1-SNAPSHOT)
