nolagg won't load at all--its not even noticed #256

    i'm not sure what is going on but it won't load in bukkit. I looked at the console and don't see it anywhere in the console that it was loaded. I don't think its loading at all. Could you maybe provide me with some info as to why it might not be loading? Its not even listed!! Even as a fail load!! Or an unsuccessful load. Its not showing up at all. Its like its a phantom plugin. non existant. May as well say its not even in the plugin folder. But it is, I put it in the plugin folder. But nothing. Could you help me with this?

    Have you installed BKCommonLib. NoLagg is dependent of it.
