    ###What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel? Would it be possible to add config node to set Snowballs to not be ignored?

    ###Please provide any additional information below. I'm using CrackShot plugin, and it uses snowballs as "bullets" abstraction for guns that can hurt people, thus players are able to kill other players with fly mode without it being automatically disabled by NoFlyPvp.
