Version 3.0[5/6/2012] -Added the /WaiveConstraints or /wc command for waiving or re applying constraints to non whitelisted players. -Added redundancey to possible configuration miss matches. -Added a "Website" configuration in the config, with a enable/disable option in the config for it. -Added a restraints message to the config for custom messages to players.
