What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put No-drop mod in plugins
2. started server up, as it starts up it enables mod then instantly disables it do to something in the config
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected to enable mod

instead:

[Ddeckys No-drop Plugin] Ddceckys No-Drop has been enabled!
[Ddeckys No-drop Plugin] No-Drop has been disabled in the config, it will not run
