Add these 2 commands /listwarp (Player Name) and /warpnotify

/listwarp (Player Name) Info:
It would be a command for Ops to use.

When an op uses the command it would list all the warp points that the specified player has.

Reason:
On my server I allow all players to make their own warp points but the problem is sometimes players put warps where I do not want them to go. doing /listwarps only displays my warp points and not theirs...

/WarpNotify Info

Another command for ops to use only.

When enabled it warns the Op when someone makes a warp point. It tells the op who made it and the name of the warp point.
