Niall command now shows information about the plugin for bug reports and such..

Add's the commands...

/BOOM - Blows up the selected player and the area around them.

With the following permission nodes

niall.boom - Gives access to the /BOOM command

KNOWN ISSUES

Config can NOT be edited while the server is running.
