NOTE: You will need to delete the currant config.yml for this update to work properly

• Added a feature to disable data check on load (this would be used if you are using a plugin which removes/changes horses)
• Added a method to change a horses data so plugins which remove/change horses can recreate the horse

More than none but less than before :)
