• Added tag_format option, replacing the old tag_prefix_color setting. Allows you to format tags in any way you wish, see front page for an example
• Configuration to enable/disable usage of color codes in tags
• Configuration to enable/disable alphanumeric only setting for tags. When enabled, any special characters (!, %, $, etc) are removed from the tag
• Can configure a list of phrases that are not allowed in tags.
• max_tag_length edited - now to disable max_tag_length enforcing, just set it to 0

New permission:

• newtag.anytag - allows the use of disallowed phrases in tags

Other:

• Moved tags from main configuration to their own file, plugin with do this automatically if you're upgrading from a version prior to 1.3.

None that I know of!
