Players that are op are allowed to run commands even if they are banned to nether.
You can actually die in the nether now lol, and when you die you respawn back to the nether.
Added a thing that will prevent you from setting spawnpoints in the wrong environment.
Added a Quests feature (See the NetherQuests section of this page for more infomation)
Cleaned up the code a bit. Less chances to make errors.
Fixed player respawn events. There will be no more respawn errors now!
Added a features so that when you die you respawn into the nether (I'm not sure if that's a good feature or not, if you don't like it leave a comment, it's more of a feature to make death more fun and really brings out the new quests feature)
