-Made navigation instructions come from an external file, so you can now translate or customize them.
-French, Dutch and German translations included.
-Fixed exception thrown when there is no possible route.
-If the player is off-map, navigation won't work. (Instead of giving bizarre errors.)

-Possible bizzarre behavior when modifying a newly created map. Restart or reload the server to fix this.
-Translations might not be 100% accurate or complete.
