Change Log since Pre1.1.2a:

• New - Added AntiCaps. Will automatically make players chat lowercase
• New - Added AntiSpam. Will not allow players to say the same thing twice in a row
• New - Added AntiChat. Will disable chat for x amount of seconds when players log in.
• New - Added Permissions Groups. nationchat.admin, nationchat.mod and nationchat.colour.all
• New - Added new command. /nation reload
  Reloads the config so you don't have to do reload the whole server. Also creates a new config if you deleted it.
• New - Added Default Chat Colour Text - Allow users to add a permission to a group / player and their default chat colour will change to the specified colour
• Update - Changed the main command from /nationcraft to /nation
• Update - Updated the config to work with every new feature

Change Log since V1.1.02:

• New - Added new command. /nationcraft check <player>
  Checks if a player have his/her chat enabled or disabled.
• New - Added new command. /nationcraft list
  List all users that are currently online with their chat disabled
• Update - '/Nationcraft help' will also display all new commands added
• Bug Fix - Fixed minor typos
