The commands
/name &1newname
Changes your name to newname
Permission: name.change
/rename testplayer &1win &2I&1R &cKEWL
Changes testplayer to win IR KEWL
Permission: name.other.change
/clearname
Resets your name
Permission: name.clear

When you make the permission nodes. Can you add a way to change other player's name as well. That way only admin will be able to change player's name.
I apologize I know i've been a buggy lately. But its all because of the awesomeness of the plugin.
