Added a onplayertouch in the configuration file section.

Pre release. Some features, if not all, may be unstable.

When pistons retract or extend, the block where the custom block previously was acts as the custom block

When you break a Custom Block, it will NOT drop the item stack. Will be fixed once the release is out!

Whenever a player moves WHILE touching a block with a onplayertouch feature, it repeatedly executes the script.
