When pistons retract or extend, the block where the custom block previously was acts as the custom block

When you break a Custom Block, it will NOT drop the item stack. IF YOU KNOW HOW I COULD MODIFY THE DROPPED ITEM STACK FROM A BUKKIT EVENT, PLEASE PM ME. RIGHT NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS
