    Everyone on the server, regardess if they are in the game or not, or even in the same world, get's spam'ed with the announcements. Especially operators, as their chat gets drowned in the countdowns for the games 3,2,1,START etc. Isnt there any way to set these messages to go to the people*in-game* only, and not everyone?

    What version of the MyHungerGames are you using?
    Latest stable.

    What version of CraftBukkit/Spigot are you using?
    Latest dev Spigot 1.6.4

    Please provide any additional information below.
    in config,  allow-minimal-messages: set to 'true'. no effect.
