• Added "tpdelay" to the config, which allows you to turn on and off the delay by setting it to either true or false.
• If you have delay on, PvP log protection is enabled and you must stay still for about 3 seconds in order to teleport.
• Adjusted some messages.
• Added new command to reload the config without reloading the server: /reloadhub OR /rlhub
• New permission for /reloadhub: hub.reload
• Minor bug fixes.
