Custom player head not working #306

I'm trying to use this head: https://minecraft-heads.com/custom-heads/alphabet/9918 and this head: https://minecraft-heads.com/custom-heads/alphabet/9917

But they just show up as Steves. I tried it with another head (the one used as an example in the documentation), and it worked. So why are these heads not working?
