Bukkit

In my Server I have enabled all the mychunk.commands.''   but sometimes it works when we use /mychunk allow or allow* but almost everytime we try to disallow or disallow* it comes back internal error and if I try to disallow is also sometimes says the player doesn't exist when it is spelt exactly as it should be. gives same results when OP (me) tries it.
