After 2 years of absence, i worked to provide this complete rework of the plugin !

Now everything is contained in one plugin with features you can enable/disable
- The classic /spawn command that teleports you to spawn
- The homes feature that allows players to set a home and teleport there
- The Back feature that allows you to go back to the last place you teleported from OR the place they just died at
- And the TpTo feature that allows you to send teleportation requests to other players

For this alpha version, the cooldown feature is not implemented

Note that this was tested for 1.21.4 but could very easily work on more recent or slightly older versions of bukkit, if you test it in another version let me know of the outcome

Also, for now players are limited to one home location only, this could be upgraded in a later 2.1 update
