• Fixed bug where players were banned when warnings hit 1 instead of 0, causing warnings to not be reset

• Added custom ban commands with compatibility for glizer/bukkit/mcbans

Occasional problem with creation of README.txt due to compression changes in the .jar file. Will only happen when the .jar file is changed and the current readme.txt was not removed.
