Bukkit

• Lets a player transform themselves into any mob (limits set in config) for a duration
• requires that you have the mobdisguise plugin installed
• Players who are disguised cannot use skills, but may use /skill disguise to un-disguise

SkillCritical and SkillTether don't work. I'll fix this soon.
