What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A way to get English broadcasts/messages.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see a the german version of the plugin while i want the English version instead.

What version of the product are you using?
Craftbukkit 1.9.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Hello Asgarioth,

I have a problem with the message your plugin gives when player's vote, this is in German and my players are all English.
I may be overlooking a feature but i don't know how to get the "Unkown1992 hat auf MisteryLands gevotet" to turn into English or just disappear in general.
It's not only the broadcast its also the message the player gets, i want them to only receive the message that they've voted, the rest is not needed since i've changed the first message to " player_vote_success: '&eThank you %name% for voting! Here is %amount!.' ".
