MoxieSkills
MoxieSkills is a skills plugin like none you've ever seen before. Having had three previous recodes, the current version is as fast and efficient as you will ever see. Train yourself in a range of fifteen unique skills to beat your friends. With hiscores, good interfacing and challenging levelling, you'll never be bored.
What Does MoxieSkills Do?
- Competitive levelling formula
- Vast range of skills
- Skill leaderboards
- Skill and XP dynamics similar to that seen of online MMOs
- Multipliers for individual players and their skills
- MySQL Database support
- Each skills is highly configurable - each has it's own file!
This plugin uses an email API to automatically report errors. I do not receive passwords (this would break Bukkit rules). If you want to keep your email anonymous, use Yahoo! email, otherwise use GMail (only Yahoo! and GMail are supported). There is also an option to send your server IP to improve communications. This plugin also uses an auto-updater and MCStats.

if you want to do it like that- I removed all permissions for each skill in a general permission groupthen whomever you choose by whatever method can add the permission(s) you want for that person in to his personal permission group.VIP - -moxie.skills.crafting
- to make them not have itpersonsname - moxie.skills.craftig
-to add it back in when you want them to have itlol - hope that made sense.....I think he reworking things at the moment

Posted May 28, 2013It appears that all my players have all the skills when I load the plugin even though I have added nothing to the permissions. Is there a way to specifically enable 1 skill for a player group or do I have to input "moxie.attack.skill: false" for example on everyone who I don't want to have the attack skill?

Posted May 5, 2013When I downloaded MoxieSkills, people could level up stats and stuff, but abilities were not working and they weren't getting any! I even tried the set up with signs to sell them and the sign set up gave me an error and didn't work....
How do I make it so selling abilities and players being able to get them to work?

Posted May 2, 2013Okay, perhaps I'm just doing something wrong, but after installing moxie skills, there are no abilities available. I've tried making an ability sale sign, but it just tells me that the ability does not exist. Am I missing a file, or something?

Posted Apr 21, 2013Maybe when horses come out, you could add horse-related skills/abilities. Higher horse jumping, faster horse speed, better maneuverability, improved archery/swordplay, faster horse taming, etc.
But 1.6 won't happen 'til ages from now. And by ages, I mean three to five months.

Posted Apr 15, 2013How does the abilities work ? I have disabled Economy in config. If I create a sign i keeps saying "This ability was not found, type it all as one word".

But be assured, you'll have abilities by summer. Oh, and moxieskills 2 has a few abilities in it for you to try as well"
Can you upload the old ability-file seperatly ?
