MOTDColor
MOTDColor, change and colorize your MOTD in client server list.
MOTDColor let you change your MOTD (Client Server List), in the same format that minecraft handle in chat.
Commands
- /motdc &4&lYour &3&lEpic &8&lMotd
- /motdcformat (Show the format codes, only ingame, dont support console.)
- /motdcreload (reload plugin without stoping the server)
- /motdcicon url (Load server icon form url)
Permissions
- motdc (Nedeed for command motdc)
- motdc.format (Nedeed for command motdcformat)
- motdc.reload (Nedeed for command motdcreload)
- motdc.icon (Needed for command motdcicon)
Installation / Updating
Install
- Just place the jar in your plugin folder
Updating
- You dont need remove your config folder, just replace the new jar in your plugin folder
Event Priority
- You can edit in the configuration file the event priority, this is useful if other plugin manage the MOTD so you can let MOTDColor take more priority

Posted Jul 13, 2013Works flawlessly here on 1.6.2 Spigot #1031 (EnhancedCraftBukkit) At least from console* have not tried this in-game, I would highly recommend this because default server.properties MOTD is far too silly, pathetic, downtime-problematic, buggy and annoying because I cannot find out how to remove the "?" in my MOTD, this plugin is great! No need to restart the server, updates MOTD instantly, still works on 1.6.2 :)

It is possible to have a lower priority for Motd of your plugin in comparison with this plugin : http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-mods/maintenancemode/ ?
I just want that, when the maintenancemode is enable with the other plugin, the motd of maintenance is view by players (without change with the command of your plugin).

That is what i say with opne command you can format it, i dont say you need this for format your MOTD, and if i want have a donation button is because i want, as you have one.
This is for people that WANT to use this, is only a option to use this or not.

Saying this allows people to use colours in the motd is quite dishonest, especially if you have a donations link. People think that they need this plugin to use colours, when it is completely supported by both bukkit and the vanilla server without the aid of any mods or plugins.
