Welcome to the ultimate monster hell. I have brought together everything anyone everyone could ever want to do with monsters into one completely hellbent plugin. Use at your own risk.
Warning - Zombie digging is destructive, if you turn it on and configure it, please backup your worlds.
Plugin has been thoroughly tested as working properly, if you have trouble please report it so I can make it work for a wider range of setups!
PLEASE USE CRAFTBUKKIT 1.11 (R1) for version 19.6. Only Spigot supports this build. No other builds will work with this version.

You are free to use it commercially, as long as you do not sell the plugin itself unmodified, and do not claim ownership. Source code is included for self-modification. You will need to reference craftbukkit enums for drops and block attacking to work, failure to use valid enums could potentially break your plugin. You can find them here:

Need multiple configs?
- Note: This is outdated and may not work.
How to set up multiple installations, for different custom difficulties on multiple worlds:
- Copy the MA jar and rename it.
- Rename the plugin inside plugin.yml of the second copy (within the jar), and remove the commands section.
- Disable registering the /MA command in the second copy's config.
- Double check that you have no world names overlapping between the two configs, and that your bonus and naturalistic spawns are restricted to the right worlds.
You now have two separate installations.

Posted Jul 9, 2013I like that this may be like a HUNGER GAMES plugin that when the game will start the other players can't join and they need to wait after the game will be finished .. and when the games is finished the world will be reset
or the game will be reset.
I like also that when the player dies he will be kicked from the game.

Using bukkit 1.5.2, plugins: permissionsex and monster apocalypse.

This plugin will take some time to update - Firstly, no Beta builds yet - secondly, the new mob attribute system requires a large patch, and is somewhat complicated.

Hello since the update to v 1.6.1 my console has been spammed with errors making it crash frequently.
I have been using this plugin since 1.4.6 and love it. If anyone else is getting spam errors in the console please let me know!
I use this plugin for custom drops on my server and its pretty important to my players, I have removed it until I can figure out why it is giving errors.
I recall this happening when the game updated to 1.5.2, The same errors and the same amount of spam also.
Please update this plugin! or any info on how to stop these errors please!!

It's such a massive config, I got lost in it. :( Checking to see if that fixed my problem (but remember, this exists for both Zombies AND Skele's (and probably all other mobs)

You set in the natural section that each zombie spawns as 6, spawner eggs use the natural system to spawn zombies - hence the 6.
Use /spawnmob zombie if you need to spawn only 1.

Hi. I have a suggestion for Monster Apocalypse :
Do you think it's possible to add a new line in config for protect chunk claimed by the plugin Factions against zombies ? Like this :
Enable factions 'endergrief' flag checks for all monster block operations?
