    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    Have you ever thought of having it so that mobs can have a set chance to inflict a potion effect on attack?
    For example, to be able to configure any mob to poison the player on attack similar to how cave spiders do, or have it so that they can slow or weaken the player on hit adding a whole new dimension and needed tactics to PVE. With this aspect someone could even make it so that getting hit by creeper/ghast explosion could have a short confuse as somewhat of a daze effect. The possibilities are endless.

    I'm not sure if this was already an intention, but have seen nothing referring to it, and would absolutely love to see it added.

    This is already in the works but it will take a little while to do.
