- Mobs/Players having to be killed with a stone, iron, gold, or diamond sword to drop their head can be disabled in the config.
- Fixed wither skeletons dropping normal skeleton skulls.

The config file was changed. You must delete your old config file (plugins\Mobs Drop Heads\config.yml), or add the following lines:
Heads Require Swords: true
