- Wither Skull drop chance can now be changed. If wither skeletons are disabled in the config, the vanilla drop rates will apply.
- You will now receive a warning if your config file is missing values.
- Uploaded as a jar, and the config will generate automatically.

The config file was changed. You must delete your old config file (plugins\Mobs Drop Heads\config.yml), or add the following lines:
Wither Skeleton: false
Wither Skeleton Drop Chance: 20
