Added: As many centres as you want. As many regions as you want. Custom mob probability for every mob in every region. 'Bubbles' where mob spawn rates can be zero or maximum.

Coming soon: In-game commands for setting bubbles and centres. Some sort of option to keep monsters at a constantly difficult rate under a certain depth, to keep deep caves difficult all over the map.
