Bukkit

• Fixed Item pickup for all Economy plugins.
• Drops can no longer be modified to "cheat" money (unless you allow your players to edit the lore of a item in some way.)
• Removed unused anvil rename prevention ( since we store now the money amount in the lore instead of displayname)
• Added Metrics statistic collection
