Fixes

• Fixed /mm reload using old config options from config.yml rather than reloading it
• Removed all warnings when DisableWarnings is enabled

Note: Still works with Bukkit 1.4.5 RB 1.0

Warnings are sometimes shown saying that a player left a chunk/layer without then being inside of it.

These warnings are present in previous versions of MobManager.

The reason for these warnings occurring is currently unknown but it shouldn't prevent MobManager from functioning correctly. They can optionally be disabled via config.yml
