Changelog

- Lowered the strength of the /rocket (firework) boost 

- Added a 25% Change to consume the firework-rocket on use  

- Added a break sound, when a firework-rocket breaks 

 

These changes should make the /rocket or the firework-rocket less OP in survival than before, since you have to craft them, and they break sometimes.
