- Worked on Fishing, created FishingManager.class
- Created MobHuntFishingEvent for the API
- Added silent parameter to /mobhunt head give {player} {mobname} {displayname} {amount} {silent} - to give the head to the player silent
- Added to new text messages to the lang file.
- Fix bug where fishing runCmdDescription was printed although the runCmd was not run.
- Added ability to disable fishing features.
- Initiated the new FishingManager.class
