Bukkit

This is a complete rewrite of MobEggDrops that I did quickly tonight to get back into Spigot development, so there aren't really too many extra features. I plan to expand on the plugin a lot more soon and make better use of the Bukkit API as I have not worked with it since mid 2013 in practically any way. 

There was the addition of the "/medchances" command though that wasn't there before. Essentially it lists all percent chances in game so players can view it too. This version should be a lot more performant than the past as well, as this was the first plugin I ever made and I had a lot of unnecessary and repeated code. I suppose I also added support for many of the recent mobs like polar bears, vexes, et cetera.

Since I created this fairly quickly and may have overlooked things, please report any issues you have or features you'd like to see here or on the plugin's Github page.

Oh yeah keep in mind this plugin will only be supported by 1.11 Bukkit servers due to a recent addition the API we utilize.
