Undisguise on world change #22

    It's currently impossible to limit disguises to a certain world, as you can teleport between worlds without losing the disguise, thus the permission nodes aren't sufficient.

    Would be great if either:
    - porting to a different world removed disguises
    - porting to a different world impossible while diguised

    Probably can hook into the world change feature from Bukkit I guess? Would be great!

    I believe the simplest fix would be to have permissions checked on teleport. If they don't have the permissions in the new world, then they are undisguised.

    I have set permissions only for mainworld.
    But players don't get undisguised when they go to a other world.
    We run events in a other world and i don't want ppl to be mobs there.
