I'm back! Added some new features.

- YOU NO LONGER NEED TO SPECIFY A REASON WHILE FROZEN! (This is still optional).

- Config.yml is currently being revamped.

- Can no longer do commands while frozen unless have the permission, Or OP.

- Please leave support below, And or known caveats.
