Bukkit

Many bug fixes were fixed including:
- cancelling requests by exiting the inventory wouldnt give the items back
- admin cancelling the request while requester was offline would lose the reward items, so they now go to the Exchange Inventory
- Clicking on a request that has been completed since the main menu was opened no longer bug out
- cancelling requests by cancel button or exiting the inventory while inventory is full would cause loss of items. They now drop at the player's feet
Optimization:
- Requests that are completed no longer save unnecessary data. It now only stores the request ID.
This optimized data storage by approximately 20-25 times.

All data is now saved in a more effective manner, so if your server crashes, all request data and player data will be safe
