Update 1.3

• New : Global Stock option added. If set to true, prices will be calculated with the global stock of the item in all shops.
• New : MineStock can export datas (name, global prices and stocks) into an sql database every time there is a transaction.
• New : A warning message appear every time there is a transaction in a shop with LiveEconomy enabled.
• New : All items are named with the new config file itemsname.yml in order to be more realistic and precise than the bukkit names.

• Fix : Commentaries doesn't appear in the config.yml file.
