Plugin update to version 2.1.6! In the program, addition of the air drop system, as well as animation of chest opening!

ADD:
- Added an Airdrop system
- Added new parameters:
"max_time_between_drop"
"min_time_between_drop"
"max_distance_from_arena"
"min_distance_from_arena"
"normal_falling_speed"
"free_falling_speed"
"max_item_in_drop"
"min_item_in_drop"
- Added of a chest opening animation system
- Added a new statistic, "Sky shooter" which records the number of drops hit in the air
- Added a sound when killing another player

CHANGES:
- Changed the opening animation of the arena chest

FIX:
- Minerals didn't fall when a player died
- It was possible to kill his teammates
- Removal of potion effects at the start of a game
