In 1.7.8 they changed the file types for OPs and whitelist to json files.  if you update to use these files instead, should resolve the issue

Wanted to add the original poster is 100% correct from the errors I get. All the files that were accessed as .txt files have changed (the abovementioend as well as banned players.. Code for getBannedPlayers, getWhitelistPlayers, and getAdmins needs udpated. Otherwise, just as with 1.7.5 and below, this plugin should work just fine.

same error for me ! ops white list are now .JSON could you please update the plugin !
