    Normal instalation

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?"connected" "can't connect error message"

    What version of the product are you using?3.2.4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I contacted my hosting company and they said 8628 and 8629 on tcp and udp were open and unused, so i changed to both of those ports and it still does not work. when i ran my server on my home pc it did though.
