Working version for CB 1.7.2. However some info in the console channel doesnt get displayed due to the new logging format.

If you upgrade the file without restarting the server, minecomm will crash the next time its asked to do a command in irc that looks up a users permission.
just go into game and do "/reconnect" to reload the irc part and reenable functionality until the next restart.

Only affects users overwriting the file during an update.
